What is vegas unstripped?
Inspired by the exploding off-Strip local culinary scene, Vegas Unstripped is Las Vegas’ only festival by chefs, about chefs, and for the Vegas community. Created in 2018, VU is an independent, not-for-profit event focused on promoting local chef talent, wherever they work (vs. particular restaurants or brands). Participating chefs are selected to represent the cutting edge of talent throughout the Vegas valley--each Chef is challenged to create unique dishes for the night reflecting their culinary vision. Proceeds of the event cover chef expenses as needed, and then support local underserved charities serving the community. Tickets are priced affordably to encourage participation from all food fans.

With a background in entertainment, food and travel writing, Eric co-created the Vegas Unstripped event in 2018 using many prior festival experiences as examples of what to do--and what not to. Every year, he invests energy into curating the best mix of local chefs and bar people to make each event a unforgettable experience, while keeping a close eye on all our ideals. He is also Team Leader of The Feast of Friends marketing agency.

Entering her third year of Vegas Unstripped, Heather Vincent brings over two decades of event planning and production leadership and a fearless approach to creating unforgettable experiences.
She leads every aspect of Vegas Unstripped production, from logistics and operations to chef and vendor management, ensuring the event runs flawlessly from concept to execution. Her hands-on leadership keeps the experience seamless, elevated, and true to the spirit of the brand, a culinary celebration that pushes boundaries and brings community together.
